Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product is lost during transit.

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product along with supporting photographs and order details.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable for:

Products consumed or used significantly.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Requests made after the specified return period.
